 Details of the course

The course specializes in Media and Entertainment and is aimed to cover an overview of the relevant statutory and regulatory provisions, judicial precedents and practical aspects of various sectors such as Film, Television, Radio, Information Technology, Celebrity Management, Live Events and Foreign Investment. The course has been crafted in a way to provide a theoretical standpoint on the M&E laws fused with the practical ground realities in the Indian M&E industry and live industry issues. The course is open to all law students and law professionals.

Mr. Ameet Naik believes that the courses provided today in legal institutions focus on theoretical aspects of the law. What needs to be introduced along with the theoretical study is the delivery of practical know-how and ground realities. For him, the art of mastering the practical skills together with the conceptual knowledge is what is truly required in the real world.
